The Oda floor lamp combines industrial and organic aesthetics through its handblown glass shade and black steel frame construction. Its bulbous design delivers warm lighting with an E27 LED bulb, while the steel structure draws inspiration from water tower and silo architecture. The gentle curves of the smoky grey glass shade balance the mechanical frame elements, and the black finish provides a sharp contrast against the soft tones of the glass.
Produced by Pulpo and designed by the esteemed German lighting designer Sebastian Herkner, 'Oda' is a collection of table and floor lamps defined by a well-balanced harmony between industrial and organic aesthetics. The mechanical element comes courtesy of a sturdy black steel frame that references the structures of old fashioned water towers and silos, while the smooth, gentle curves of the bulbous glass shade reflects the handblown methods sued to produce its shape. The result is this smoky grey floor lamp, which emits a warm glow via an LED bulb E27 bulb.
