Orders & shipping

We compare products across leading UK and international retailers. When you buy, the retailer takes it from there — here's exactly who handles what.

We do

Find it and compare it

  • Compare the same product across every retailer that stocks it
  • Recheck prices and stock regularly
  • Show delivery cost and date so you can judge total cost
  • Send you to the retailer to buy
The retailer does

Sell it and deliver it

  • Take your payment and confirm the order
  • Set delivery cost, dates and shipping options
  • Handle tracking, changes and cancellations
  • Manage returns, refunds and warranty
01

Working out who you ordered from

Your confirmation comes straight from the retailer, not from us, so start by searching your inbox for their name. If nothing turns up, these three usually settle it.

  • Search your inbox, including spam and junk, for a confirmation email
  • Check your bank or card statement for the retailer's name
  • Revisit the product link you used at checkout
02

How long before it ships

The retailer processes your order, and how long that takes depends on what you bought. Stocked pieces usually move within a day or two; made-to-order furniture can take weeks, and the lead time should be stated before you pay.

Need to change or chase an order? Go straight to the retailer — they hold your details, and we don't.

03

Delivery costs and dates

Check the delivery cost before you compare prices, not after. A cheaper sofa with a £90 delivery charge isn't cheaper, which is why we rank on total cost and show the delivery figure on the product page wherever a retailer publishes it.

At the retailer's checkout you'll be able to confirm:

  • What delivery will cost
  • When it should arrive
  • Which services are offered — standard, express, or two-person and white-glove on larger pieces
04

Ordering from outside the UK

Every price and delivery estimate we show is for the United Kingdom. Many of the retailers we track do ship further afield, but cost and coverage vary enormously.

Check the destination and the fees with the retailer before you order, and ask specifically about duties — on furniture they can be substantial, and they usually fall to you rather than the seller.

Not sure who you ordered from?

Send us the product link or the date you ordered and we'll identify the retailer and point you to the right place.
