The AJ Floor Lamp combines timeless design with practical functionality through its adjustable shade mechanism. Its black metal finish provides durability and modern aesthetics, while the tilting shade allows for precise light direction. The lamp includes an EU plug and requires a separate bulb for operation.
Emanating an ultra-modern mood over half a century since its inception, the 'AJ' floor lamp is an iconic statement in lighting design. Created in collaboration with Louis Poulsen, the lamp first appeared in the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in 1957 as part of a lighting story told throughout the hotel by world-renowned architect and designer Arne Jacobsen. Radiating personality, and recalling the geometric contours of Jacobsen buildings, the black version of this prominent feature light — whose shade can be tilted to adjust light distribution — adds a graphic, forward-focused feel to any space. Supplied with an EU plug. The bulb is not included.
