The 16cm empire lamp shade offers a compact hand painted card construction in scarlet, with each shade carrying its own distinct finish due to the individual painting process. Its small empire form suits table lamps and wall fittings requiring a narrower shade, while the card material provides a gentle, warm light diffusion. The naturally mottled surface and varied brushwork are inherent to the handmade nature of the piece.
