The 14cm tapered lamp shade features a hand painted card construction, giving each piece a uniquely mottled finish with naturally varied brushwork. Its compact tapered form suits smaller light fittings, while the hand applied paint layer creates subtle tonal variation across the scarlet surface. The card material provides a warm diffusion of light, and the slight irregularities in the painted finish are an inherent characteristic of the handmade process.
