The portable lamp combines conical forms with flat lens technology to manipulate light into focused, magnified beams. Its LED system provides high-light output with precise adjustability, while the rechargeable battery runs for up to nine hours on a full charge. The anthropomorphic design features optical physics principles borrowed from lighthouse construction, and the lightweight build allows easy movement throughout any space.
Tom Dixon's 'Pose' lamp playfully combines conical forms with an exploration of optical physics. The incorporation of flat lenses, typical of lighthouses, allows this portable design, with its graphic, anthropomorphic shape, to manipulate light into focused, magnified beams. High-light output and precise adjustability make 'Pose' a functional modern statement that suits any space. The kelp version of this LED lamp can be easily moved around the home, and runs for up to nine hours on a full charge.
