The Ray portable table lamp combines industrial heritage with contemporary design, drawing inspiration from old mining lights for a distinctive aesthetic. Its crisp aluminum construction houses an energy-saving LED bulb, while the battery-powered operation removes the need for fixed wiring. The USB charging cable is included for convenient recharging, and the clean cylindrical silhouette suits a range of settings.
Designed by Daniel Schofield and produced by Audo Copenhagen, developed from uniting MENU and by Lassen, the 'Ray Table Lamp' is a recent addition to the brand's ever-growing collection of light sources. With its clear nods to old mining lights, the table lamp is a riff on 'old meets new', which is executed with aplomb via the application of crisp, black aluminum alongside the inclusion of an energy-saving LED bulb and USB charger. The result is a clean and sleek piece that is suited to — and made for — a variety of spaces.
