The Basalt Single Pendant features a vertical hexagonal form cast in stainless steel, with the sand cast and lost wax surface textures left exposed across the vertical panels. The horizontal ends are polished to provide a contrast finish, while an exposed logo marks the casting entry point as a reference to the manufacturing process. Dimmable LED technology is built into the fitting, giving control over light intensity to suit varying ambient conditions.
Designed to mimic the natural processes that inspired it, Basalt tells the story of its making through the exposed sand cast brass and lost wax cast finishes on the vertical hexagonal panels, while the horizontal ends are polished for a luxury finish. A subtle nod to the making process is captured with an exposed Tala logo, where the molten metal entered the form. Complete with dimmable LED technology, this is an ambient light feature that will create a stunning moment in time in any interior.
