The Ellen Merchant Posy empire shade features a hand-painted squiggly stripe in emerald on a linen ground, sized at 30cm for mid-scale lamp bases. The multidirectional nature of the print allows it to be positioned freely without concern for pattern alignment, while the emerald colourway adds a deep, saturated tone. Its tapered empire form directs light downward with a defined spread, suited to table lamps requiring focused illumination. Linen fabric diffuses the light source with a natural, textured warmth.
Small, yet mighty. Aptly named after a fresh bunch of blooms, Posy is a hand-painted squiggly stripe that simply doesn't sit still. Because it’s a multidirectional print, it’s a total chameleon - happy to be paired with bold patterns or left to shine on its own. Available in four colour ways: ‘Wavelet’, ‘Rust’, ‘Yolk’, and the ever-regal ‘Emerald’.
