VonShef Double Sided Cast Iron Griddle - Black

The VonShef cast iron griddle features a reversible double-sided design, with a ridged surface for meats and fish on one side and a flat surface for eggs, pancakes, and vegetables on the other. Its cast iron construction provides excellent heat distribution and retention, locking in flavour and moisture while allowing excess juices to drain for lower-fat cooking. The matte black finish is compatible with all hob types including induction, electric, gas, and ceramic, as well as oven use and outdoor BBQ grills.
