The serving tray offers unglazed porcelain construction featuring an open hand bas-relief design symbolizing peace. Its square form provides balanced serving space, while the central motif adds meaningful artistic detail. The white porcelain finish combines durability with easy care, and the raised design creates tactile and visual appeal for serving use.
Inspired by Le Corbusier, Cassina has teamed up with both Ginori 1735 and the Le Corbusier Foundation to produce a series of three porcelain trays that incorporate symbolic bas-relief designs found in the city of Chandigarh. This unglazed square tray features a open hand symbolising peace at its centre — a detail directly lifted from a design sketched by the Master in 1956.
