The Cabbage With Lobsters pitcher features a 1.7L capacity with hand-painted ceramic construction, shaped and glazed in the original Bordallo Pinheiro workshop following techniques established in 19th-century Portugal. Sculpted cabbage leaf textures and lobster motifs cover the surface, with multicolor glazing adding depth and contrast to the relief work. The pitcher complements other pieces in the Cabbage With Lobsters collection for a cohesive serving arrangement.
Rustic Portuguese charm meets gourmet dining in this inspired tableware by Bordallo Pinheiro as the brand unites its adored cabbage collection with the lobster. Using traditional ceramic techniques, these verdant hand-painted pieces are made in the workshop where Rafael Bordallo Pinheiro first realized them in the nineteenth-century, playfully insisting that rustic Portuguese life be invited to dine with the bourgeoisie. Deliciously fun and dedicated to craftsmanship, the 'Cabbage with Lobsters' collection includes this 1.7L pitcher, which can be completed with pieces from the rest of the family for a leafy, surreal statement.
