The Palm Beach Square Pillar Salt or Pepper Mill features a ceramic grinding mechanism with a smooth clockwise motion, supplied with both an S and P stainless-steel screw knob to configure it as either a salt or pepper grinder. Crafted from sustainably sourced rubberwood, it is finished with eight hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer to achieve a glass-like sheen. The grind coarseness is adjusted by tightening or loosening the knob, with finer results achieved by screwing it tighter.
