Crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood, it includes both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, allowing it to function as either a salt or pepper grinder. The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a clockwise motion, with grind fineness adjusted by tightening or loosening the top button.
