The Chester Limestone dining chair features a gently curved, slatted back with a painted frame finished in a soft limestone tone. Constructed using mortise and tenon joints for long-term structural integrity, the frame is hand-finished in wax-based paint that contrasts with the natural oak seat. Each oak seat is individually hand-finished with white wax oil, preserving the timber's natural colour and grain character. The curved frame profile and dovetailed construction reflect a considered approach to both form and durability.
Featuring a gently curved, slatted back, the Chester Limestone dining chair is designed to pair beautifully with our Chester Limestone dining tables. Crafted to last, the frame is finished in our soft Chester Limestone paint, inspired by the calming tones of the Cotswold countryside. Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the natural beauty of each oak top, the timber is hand-finished with white wax oil, retaining the appearance of untreated oak's natural colour and character. The epitome of timeless elegance, every element of Chester is built to last. Made using strong mortise and tenon joints and dovetailed drawers. The hand-applied, wax-oiled surfaces gently contrast against each colourway for a modern feel.
