Bolle Decorative Bottle - Apple Green, Yellow, Violet, Murano Glass

The Bolle decorative bottle combines artisanal glassmaking with a distinctive multi-toned silhouette, designed by Tapio Wirkkala. Crafted using the incalmo technique, separately blown pieces of glass are fused into a single curved form, resulting in seamless transitions between the apple green, yellow, and violet sections. The hand-blown Murano glass construction gives each piece subtle variations in tone and texture inherent to the process.

Designed by Tapio Wirkkala for Venini, the 'Bolle' series is perhaps the most famous and representative collection by the Finn for the Italian glassmakers. Made using the incalmo technique, which fuses separately blown pieces of glass into one item, this curved bottle consists of dark green, yellow and violet blown Murano glass components.
