The 'Inventing Flowers' canvas by Aliaksandr Biruk features two slightly translucent figures set within a cosmic-like space, surrounded by flowers and a suspended planet. Executed in acrylic paint on canvas, the work draws on symbolism and emotional states to capture poetic connections between the human body and the natural world. Biruk, born in Minsk and now based in Warsaw, brings a figurative yet dreamlike quality to the composition through layered paint and semi-transparent forms.
