The Anemoia print features the work of Panteha Abareshi, a Soho House Art Prize 2020 runner-up based in Los Angeles. Part of the Soho Editions limited-edition series, the piece draws from Abareshi's personal experience with sickle cell zero beta thalassemia, a genetic blood disorder that deeply informs her practice. Her work engages with themes of otherness, chronic illness, and the emotional spectrum of hope, fear, and beauty, with text integrated as a core visual and conceptual element.
