The Pimpernel Wallpaper features swirling rhythms and a complex botanical structure, originally designed in 1876 by William Morris for his own dining room at Kelmscott House. Its intricate, painterly pattern is rendered in a robust green colourway that retains the organic character of the original design. The repeating motif is built with layered detail, giving the surface a sense of depth and movement across the wall.
The swirling rhythms and complex structure of this wallpaper made it the choice for Morris himself when decorating his dining room at Kelmscott House. Designed in 1876, this painterly design is available in feminine yet robust colourways. Pimpernel Wallpaper by Morris & Co. in Green at Anthropologie
