Low Candlestick - Black, Forged Iron

The candlestick features a forged iron structure that incorporates centuries-old metalworking techniques. Its low profile provides stable candle support, while the hand-forged construction creates subtle imperfections that add character. The black finish complements the raw material aesthetic, and the refined design suits both traditional and contemporary settings.

Taken from Konstantin Grcic's 'Officina' collection for Magis, this candlestick is one of a number of pieces from the series that feature a forged iron structure. In incorporating this centuries-old technique, this low candlestick presents a profoundly refined and elegant spirit, characterised by the slight imperfections that usually arise when working with raw materials.
