Sculptural Candleholder - Ivory, Stoneware

The candleholder combines modern technology with traditional craftsmanship through its unique production process. First 3D printed then moulded in stoneware at a ceramic factory, it features an organic sculptural shape that creates an original aesthetic. The stoneware construction provides durability while the miniature design adds artistic appeal to any surface.

Designed by Wang & Söderström for Hay, the 'Complot' candleholder is miniature piece of art. Inspired by the space where digital and physical forms meet, the vessel is first 3D printed before being moulded in stoneware at a ceramic factory. The result is a wholly sculptural piece whose organic shape and original aesthetic belies it's uber-modern technological production process.
