The planter combines handwoven rattan craftsmanship with a powder-coated steel base for lasting durability. Its raised design provides optimal growing conditions while keeping plants off the ground. The natural rattan weave adds texture and warmth, while the sturdy steel frame ensures stable support for various plant sizes.
Originally created by Arthur Umanoff and now reissued by Audo Copenhagen, developed from uniting MENU and by Lassen, this planter brings together all of the distinct hallmarks associated with the American-born industrial designer. Crafted from handwoven rattan and set on a powder coated steel base, the planter elevates greenery and house plants from the ground while providing a comfortable and practical environment for growth.
