The vase offers distinctive curves with its sculptural silhouette form. Hand-glazed ceramic construction ensures lasting quality and smooth texture, while the medium proportions accommodate diverse flower displays. Its artistic design brings visual interest through organic, flowing lines.
Inspired by the Cobra Arts movement of the 1960s, 101 Copenhagen's 'Cobra' collection brings together a series of vases defined by soft and consistent shapes. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl, the vases are evolved from an assortment of sketches where human-like silhouettes were outlined in contrast to architectural components. The result is an absurd and playful family of vessels cut from hand glazed ceramic.
