The Signatory divan base and mattress set features double-layer pocket springs alongside a multi-layered natural filling construction. The 1.32mm wire springs, 50mm in diameter, are individually sewn into calico pockets and hand-formed into a honeycomb-nested unit for consistent support across the surface. Fillings include 900gsm blended Shetland Isle fleece wool and cotton, 450gsm hand-teased long-stranded horsetail enclosed in a hair-proof cambric cover, and 200gsm cashmere, with the mattress hand tufted using woollen tufts and twine. The divan base comes with skirts fitted on three sides as standard, and the entire set is handmade in the UK.
