The Bedstead mattress offers hand-nested calico pocket spring construction with a soft tension, providing gentle contouring support across a single sleep surface. Its natural upholstery includes a wool spring protector pad with bonded and blended British fleece wool and cotton, wrapped in finest quality ticking for a smooth, durable finish. Hand tufting with felt washers secures the fillings, while 2 rows of hand side-stitching along the wool-upholstered borders maintain shape and edge integrity over time. Horizontal handles and air vents are included, with a mattress depth of 21cm plus 6cm doming (+/-2cm).
