Make a soft and cosy addition to your home decor with the Origins Chicago Forest Green Rug 110 x 160cm. This supersoft shaggy rug is ideal for your lounge, bedroom or children's playroom. This elegant rug is hand-tufted by expert rug makers with 100% polyester for durability and longevity. It is completely normal for new rugs to shed fluff at first, this is caused due to the excess fibres that get attached during the spinning process. Once the rug has been vacuumed a few times the shedding will lessen and eventually stop. Regular vacuuming will help you retain its pristine look and prevent dirt on the surface from getting embedded, making it much harder to clean. A suction vacuum cleaner is recommended to ensure the rug pile is not damaged, do not use a beater bar while vacuuming. To prevent permanent stains on your rug any spills must be dealt with as soon as they happen. It is always useful to rotate your rug regularly to even out the wear of the rug or fade if it is in natural sunlight. You can add an anti-slip rug grip to prevent slipping, adding a cushion can also improve the durability of the rug. This cosy rug with a soft look and feel is ideal for all types of modern and traditional interior spaces.
