The Space Mangas Square Plait Pink rug combines pale pink and grey tones in a design by Patricia Urquiola. Two distinct textures work together — a thick knitted fabric and a braided weave — both constructed from voluminous wool threads for a plush, tactile surface. A fuchsia border provides a contrasting accent, while the pattern references the upholstery detailing found on poufs within the same collection.
Pale shades of pink coalesce with grey tones in Patricia Urquiola's 'Square Plait Pink' rug, taken from GAN's 'Space Mangas' collection. In addition to the mixture of colours, two textures also combine — a thick, knitted fabric and a braided weave, both formed from voluminous wool threads. The result is a plush carpet that references the patterns used to upholster poufs in the same series, while a fuchsia border injects a pop of vibrant colour.
