The Halni dessert plates feature a handcrafted reactive glaze finish that produces a distinctive mottled print on both sides of each piece. Made in Portugal by a family-run ceramics business with roots dating back to 1886, each plate is formed from high-quality regional clay with glazes derived from untreated, natural materials. The reactive glazing process layers metal oxides beneath a contrasting enamel, with the final colour and texture varying according to firing temperature, duration, and application method, making each piece unique. Both dishwasher and microwave safe, the plates measure 22cm in diameter and 2.5cm in height.
