The Gogain soup bowls combine a matte exterior stoneware finish with a crackled enamel interior, producing a two-tone contrast on each piece. The crackle effect is achieved by plunging fired ceramic pieces directly into water, with the resulting cracks and metallic colour variation shaped by oven temperature, firing time, enamel thickness, and application method.
