The Green Chinoiserie Salt or Pepper Mill is crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood and finished with eight hand-polished coats of high-gloss lacquer, producing a smooth and consistent sheen. It includes both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, allowing the user to designate it as either a salt or pepper grinder, while the ceramic grinding mechanism operates with a simple clockwise motion. The grind coarseness is adjusted by tightening or loosening the screw knob, and the mill is independently tested and compliant with EU food contact legislation. It is suitable for dry rock salt or black peppercorns up to 4mm in size, and should not be filled with sea salt, wet salt, or pink peppercorns. H 24 cm (including knob) x base diameter 7 cm.
