The Blue Chinoiserie Salt or Pepper Mill is constructed from sustainably sourced Rubberwood and coated with eight hand-polished layers of high-gloss lacquer for a refined, even finish. Supplied with both an S and a P stainless steel screw knob, it can be configured as either a salt or pepper grinder, with a ceramic grinding mechanism that engages through a clockwise motion. Grind fineness is controlled by adjusting the screw knob, and the mill meets EU food contact legislation under Directives 84/500/EEC and 2005/31/EC. It is compatible with dry rock salt or black peppercorns up to 4mm, and should not be used with sea salt, wet salt, or pink peppercorns. H 24 cm (including knob) x base diameter 7 cm.
