DAX Armchair with Chrome Base - Emerald

The DAX Armchair features an organic shell that combines comfortable seating with firm posture support. Its polypropylene construction offers environmental advantages over traditional materials, while the polished chrome base provides a gleaming finish that contrasts beautifully with the seat. The tubular steel legs ensure stability, and the glide feet protect surfaces during use.

The organic seat, or “shell” as it's often referred to, of this armchair has an organic form that allows for a comfortable sit while still providing firm posture support. Formed from strong, bent tubular steel, the legs are finished in a polished chrome covering that creates a gleaming contrast to the seat.A wonderfully crafted, and fully licensed edition by Vitra, this reproduction adheres strictly to the Eames original design - the only change being the replacement of fibreglass shell for an environmentally friendly polypropylene seat.Available in a range of bold and bright colours to suit every kind of interior scheme, the Eames DAX Chair makes a wonderful addition to any home or workspace - whether it's for use in the lounge, dining room, or office.
