In sofa mode it is 88cm deep and 84cm high. Pull out the concealed base to create a flat sleeping surface with a total depth of 190cm and an approximate sleeping length of 183cm. For shoppers comparing compact sofa beds, the four overall widths make it easier to match the sofa to an apartment, spare room or flexible living space. The pull-out design works as a practical space-saving sofa bed; our guide to sofa beds for small rooms explains what to measure, while the UK two seater sofa bed collection provides alternatives to compare. Additional Details Which size should I choose? ⌄ The listed 160cm, 180cm, 200cm and 220cm measurements are the sofa's total widths, including both armrests. Their corresponding sleeping widths are approximately 120cm, 140cm, 160cm and 180cm. Choose using both the closed sofa width and the sleeping width you need. How does it convert into a bed? ⌄ The lower section pulls forward to extend the seat into a flat guest bed. Allow 190cm of total floor depth when it is fully open, and keep the area in front of the sofa clear for conversion. Comfort and construction ⌄ Velvet upholstery covers a metal internal frame. Zig-zag spring suspension supports the seat, while high-density foam and a cotton-fibre wrap provide the cushioning in the seat and back. Room, access and assembly planning ⌄ Assembly is required. Before ordering, measure the intended wall width, 88cm closed depth, 190cm open depth, doorways, staircases and turning points. The dimensions shown are a practical guide, so allow a small tolerance for upholstered surfaces. Care and colour notes ⌄ Use a soft brush or upholstery attachment for routine dust removal. Blot spills promptly and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Velvet colour can look different as the pile direction, room lighting and screen settings change. Small cushions shown in styled images are not included. Compare more sofa beds, or read our guide to choosing a sofa bed for a small UK flat.
