Talasa Scalloped Side Table - Red, Mango Wood

The Talasa Side Table features a hand-carved undulating edge inspired by wave forms, with its scalloped silhouette derived from an antique tray design. The mango wood construction is hand-painted in a matte red finish, with edges rubbed back to reveal the natural wood beneath. This manual painting technique means each piece carries individual characteristics in its finish and tone. Dimensions are not specified.

Our Talasa Side Table is named after the Greek word for 'sea', in homage to its hand-carved undulating edge that resembles a wave. The scalloped shape was originally applied to a tray which was, in turn, based upon an antique. The mango wood is hand painted a matte red before the edges are rubbed to reveal the wood beneath. Due to the manual technique, each piece will have individual characteristics that add to their charm.
