The coffee table features an innovative edge frame that wraps around the table surface, offering protection against spills and accidents. Its Danish-designed structure balances safety with sophistication, while the frame element creates visual definition. The table functions beautifully alone or in combination with other pieces, and the robust build ensures reliable performance.
Around is a set of coffee tables created by Danish designer Thomas Bentzen. The idea behind the design came to Bentzen when he was thinking about his childhood, 'as a child when visiting my grandparents' house, I was always nervous about stumbling into their table and spilling something on the beautiful carpets'it gave me the idea for a subtle frame, warped around the table to border off its edge.' Paired with the subtle opening, these coffee tables add a welcoming personality to living areas. The Around Coffee Table is a family that comes in three different sizes, allowing for the design to works well on its own or in combination with multiple sizes and colours.
