The Notes shelves designed by Julien Renault for Cruso. With a fascination for industrial standards, Julien Renault is inspired by the beauty found in everyday objects and the traces of manufacturing processes. His design practice is characterised by a clear approach focused on production process, materiality and a recognisable and strong aesthetic. Julien Renault''s quality standards and sensibility have been moulded through his formation. Julien was trained as an industrial designer in ESAD Design & Art School. He worked at studio Bouroullec in Paris and graduated in Product Design at ECAL in Lausanne (2009). Soon after, he moved to Brussels and worked for Sylvain Willenz and Alain Berteau. The Notes shelves are available in three sizes.
