A simple sideboard featuring sharp modern angles, the Kyoto is wonderfully handcrafted from walnut within Riva 1920's designated factory on the coast of Lombardy, Italy.Inspired by the minimal elegance of Japanese design, this wide sideboard is made of up clean lines and flat surfaces that highlight the beautiful dovetail joinery and finish of the grain. The Kyoto sideboard provides ample storage space with two large doors and four generously sized drawers, all finished with smoothly curved thumb moulding along the top to provide a concealed handle.Each door section features a removable shelf while the drawers are on handmade runners to guarantee a smooth action.To complete its light, slender feel, this spacious storage unit rests on a central supporting bar that gently lifts it from the ground.
