The Panel shelving system combines solid wood panels with steel supports in an asymmetrical configuration. This setup features one start panel, one running panel, six 22cm shelves, and a large cupboard available in painted or veneer finish. The modular design accommodates various storage requirements, while the walnut construction adds natural beauty and strength.
The Panel shelving system is a modern and elegant storage solution designed by Danish architect and designer Finn Juhl in 1953. Juhl was known for his organic approach to design and the Panel system is a perfect example of this, featuring an asymmetrical design that combines solid wood panels and steel supports. Put simply – the Panel system is a classic and, for those in the know, a must have for the office or home. Holloways of Ludlow offer a bespoke, complimentary service to allow you to create a unique panel system, to your own specifications. Mark will guide you step by step through the process of creating your system, rendering an image to allow you to visualise your system before personally tracking the order from sale to build. To take advantage of this service please email mark@hollowaysofludlow.com. Our friends at Finn Juhl have also created a number of configurations for the Panel system for various spaces and needs. Configuration 2b comprises of: 1 x Start panel 1 x Running panel 6 x 22cm shelves And either a large cupboard with a paint, or a veneer finish
