Cotswold Company Elkstone Sofa Table with Shelf - Smoked Oak

The Elkstone sofa table features a solid oak top with a slatted lower shelf that provides additional storage space. Hand-turned feet and grooved detailing beneath the edges add refined character, while mortise and tenon joinery ensures structural durability. The smoked oak finish is achieved through a combination of hand-applied stains and glazes, then sealed with a lacquer that preserves the wood's natural grain, knots, and tonal variation.

Perfectly placed beside any armchair or sofa, this oak side table features a solid oak top - the ideal spot for placing a lamp and your current read - while the slatted shelf beneath provides extra storage space. Our Elkstone Smoked Oak collection embodies classic oak furniture with a modern country twist. The Smoked Oak finish highlights the wood's natural grain and knots, adding depth and character. Thoughtful details, such as elegant hand-turned feet and gentle grooves beneath the edges, add to its timeless elegance. Crafted using traditional woodworking techniques - including mortise and tenon joints, Elkstone is designed for lasting beauty. Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the oak's natural beauty, the timber is hand-finished with a combination of stains and glazes to achieve its Smoked Oak tone. It is then sealed with a lacquer to protect the oak's subtle, natural grain traces.
