The Cotswold console table combines solid wood construction with traditional joinery, featuring mortise and tenon joints and dovetail joins for lasting structural integrity. Its solid wood drawer runners ensure smooth closure, while a six-part staining process followed by a clear protective lacquer enhances the oak's natural grain and character. The lacquered top surface adds durability against daily wear, and the natural timber means each piece carries its own unique markings.
A statement storage piece for sitting in hallways or living spaces, our Elkstone Oak console table is built with our signature Cotswold quality - solid wood runners for a smooth closure, strong mortise and tenon joints and traditional Dovetail joins. We also apply a clear lacquer to the top for added durability against the hustle and bustle of life's everyday moments. Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the oak's natural beauty, the timber is treated with a careful six-part staining process, then sealed with a clear protective lacquer, enhancing the oak's natural character.
