The Monkey Hanging LED lamp features a white resin figure of a simian holding an LED bulb as if it were a torch. Designed by Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba in collaboration with Seletti, the sculpture-like form doubles as a functional light source. Its resin construction makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, while the hanging pose adds a dynamic, three-dimensional quality to the piece.
The ongoing collaboration between Italian designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba and Seletti has proven fruitful. For proof, look no further than the brand's range of 'Monkey' table lamps, a series of simian-styled light sources designed for both indoor and outdoor environments. Shaped from white resin, this incarnation of the lamp depicts a hanging monkey holding the LED bulb as if it were a torch.
