The Savio pendant shade is constructed from hand-made marble paper, a material produced through a centuries-old craft of floating pigments on thickened water before transferring the pattern onto paper. Each sheet is unique, as the raking and stretching of paints cannot be precisely replicated, meaning no two shades carry the same pattern. The green marbled surface delivers a bold, organic print, and the 18cm form features two seams to accommodate the paper's construction at this scale.
