The Ocean Stitches empire lamp shade features hand painted card construction, giving each piece a uniquely mottled finish with subtle variations in the paintwork. Its slightly imperfect surface texture adds visual depth and character, while the empire silhouette provides a clean, understated profile. The card material delivers a warm diffusion of light, making it a versatile addition to a range of interior styles.
We love our hand painted shades. Each one is unique, and somehow the little imperfections in the paint work, and the slightly mottled look, add to the...well... perfection. Achingly simple, and in no way showy or brash, these gorgeous shades will feel at home in almost any environment.
