The Ocean Maps empire shade features hand painted card construction, giving each piece a uniquely mottled finish with natural variations in brushwork and line. The 30cm empire silhouette provides a classic tapered form, while the hand applied paint creates subtle tonal depth across the blue surface. Its card material diffuses light softly, and the slight imperfections inherent to the hand painting process contribute to its individual character.
