The Brenta empire shade features hand-marbled paper crafted through a traditional technique where paints and oils are dropped onto thickened water, then raked and stretched to create its distinctive blue, yellow, and red pattern. Each sheet is individually laid onto the liquid surface and dried, meaning no two shades carry an identical design. The marbling process, applied to the smaller surface area of this shade, results in two visible seams as part of its handmade construction. The empire silhouette has a 20cm diameter.
