Adige 20cm Empire Lamp Shade - Marble Paper

The Adige empire lamp shade features hand-marbled paper crafted through a centuries-old technique, where paints and oils are dropped onto thickened water, then raked and stretched into unique patterns before being transferred onto paper. Each shade is entirely one-of-a-kind, as no two sheets of marbled paper can ever replicate the same design. The bold, high-contrast colouring comes from the natural variation of the marbling process, with black and blue tones running through the surface. Due to the smaller surface area of this size, the shade is constructed with two seams.
