The 40cm straight empire shade combines hand painted card construction with a scarlet finish, where the unevenly distributed paint ensures each shade carries its own unique character. The straight empire form offers a structured silhouette, while the hand applied colour adds organic variation to the surface. Its card construction keeps the shade lightweight while maintaining a firm, defined shape.
