The 16cm empire lamp shade features hand-painted card construction, with each piece carrying subtle variations in the paint work that give it a naturally mottled finish. Its jet stripe pattern is rendered in a restrained, understated style, while the hand-applied paint adds slight textural depth across the surface. The card material keeps the shade lightweight, and the empire silhouette provides a gently tapered profile suited to a range of lamp bases.
