With Le Sfere Plafone, Model 2042/6 Suspension from 1963, another of Gino Sarfatti''s beautiful interpretations of the luminous sphere is reintroduced. The refined ceiling light is composed of six blown opaline glass spheres supported by a painted aluminium mount and structure with a Black or Champagne finish. Each sphere measures 20 cm in diameter and is gently held in place by the painted ring in a refined embrace that lends the luminaire a graphic expression and brings forth Le Sfere''s distinctive aesthetic.
