The pendant light combines real mother of pearl discs with a brass metal frame in a cascading arrangement. Its concealed light source creates soft, ambient lighting while the pearl discs provide natural shimmer and texture. Designed by Verner Panton in 1964 this iconic piece of Twentieth century design is much copied, but nothing compares to the original. Real mother of pearl discs are suspended from the metal frame giving a beautiful cascading design. The light source is hidden within the discs and produces a soft, restful light perfect for sitting rooms and bedrooms.
